Atlas Veridium

Founder and senior consultant

Moufid Adraoui

Engineer, thirty years of energy and development in Morocco, from villages electrified by solar to the partnerships behind large renewable projects.

Moufid Adraoui, founder of Atlas Veridium

The track record starts in the field. From 2004 to 2017, as operations director of TEMASOL, a joint venture of EDF and TotalEnergies, he led the deployment and operation of solar home systems for decentralised rural electrification across Morocco. Twelve years in a trade where the promise is verified household by household, in places the grid does not reach.

From 2017 to 2026 he joined Masen, Morocco’s renewable energy agency. First as a project officer, then heading incubation and strategic partnerships, and finally as director of territorial sustainable development, incubation and strategic partnerships. There he worked the other end of the chain: the local footing of large projects, institutional and industrial partnerships, and what the energy transition actually produces in the places where it lands.

Atlas Veridium grew out of that double experience. An independent firm that puts knowledge of institutional structuring at the service of projects, without ever losing sight of what happens once the studies are closed.
