Our positioning

Three areas of expertise, one foundation of strategic advisory.

The three areas cover the issues. Strategic advisory gives each of them its tools: the study, the plan, the structure. Every engagement is framed on named deliverables and a schedule that holds.

Typical engagements

Five forms of engagement

No two engagements start in the same place. Some arrive with a site and no structure, others with a climate target and no plan. Each engagement stands alone or links to the next.

01

Project preparation and structuring

A project becomes real when its scope, its structure and its schedule hold together.

The most decisive phase is also the one most often rushed. We settle what the project is and what it is not, choose the legal and contractual structure that will carry the intended financing, then write the schedule that ties permits, studies and the investment decision to one another.

Deliverables

  • Scoping note and technical perimeter
  • Legal and contractual structuring
  • Milestone-based development plan
  • Terms of reference for studies
  • Permitting file preparation

02

Feasibility studies

Settle early what gets expensive late.

A feasibility study exists to support a decision, not to reassure a board. We take the technical and economic analysis to the level of detail that allows you to commit or to stop: resource, site, grid connection, costs, revenues, risks, and the sensitivities that flip the answer.

Deliverables

  • Technical feasibility and site analysis
  • Financial model and sensitivity analysis
  • Grid connection review
  • CAPEX and OPEX estimates
  • Risk register and mitigation plan

03

Decarbonisation pathways

A target without a pathway is an intention.

We start from the actual emissions inventory, not from a stated goal. Levers are ranked by abatement cost, tested against investment capacity and the industrial calendar, then assembled into a pathway the organisation can hold to and can prove.

Deliverables

  • Emissions inventory and accounting boundary
  • Reduction scenarios and abatement cost curve
  • Matching investment plan
  • Measurement, reporting and verification framework
  • Quantified pathway with interim milestones

04

Partnerships and financing

The money exists. It goes to the files that are ready.

International financial institutions, concessional finance, climate funds, industrial partners: each has its own criteria, vocabulary and timelines. We assemble the table, prepare the file to their standard, and hold the negotiation through to signed terms.

Deliverables

  • Public-private partnership structuring
  • Financing mobilisation strategy
  • Lender files and appraisal notes
  • Term sheet negotiation
  • Consortium assembly and coordination

05

Energy-climate roadmaps

What an institution decides to do, in what order, with what means.

For a region, a city, a ministry or an industrial group: a diagnosis that hides nothing, priorities somebody owns, a costed action plan, and governance that survives a change of team. A roadmap that does not say who does what is not a roadmap.

Deliverables

  • Energy-climate diagnosis of the territory or organisation
  • Prioritisation and costed action plan
  • Governance model and allocation of roles
  • Indicators and monitoring dashboard
  • Implementation support

Who we work with

  • Public institutions, agencies and ministries
  • Regions, prefectures and local authorities
  • International financial institutions and donors
  • Companies, project developers and industrial groups
