Privacy Policy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing you type into it. This page sets out what is nonetheless processed, by whom, and how to exercise your rights.

Revised 6 September 2026

Who is responsible

Atlas Veridium, an independent advisory firm in energy, climate and sustainable development, publishes and operates www.atlasveridium.com. A société à responsabilité limitée à associé unique registered with the Rabat commercial register under number 200607, the firm is based in Rabat, Morocco.

Any question about this policy goes to contact@atlasveridium.com.

What the site does not collect

This is a presentation site. It has no accounts, no client area and no database, and none of its pages sends data to a server belonging to the firm.

  • No cookies are set, either by the site or by a third party.
  • No analytics, advertising or profiling tool is installed.
  • Typefaces are served from the site’s own domain, so displaying them sends no request to a third party.
  • No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

The contact form

The form on the Contact page transmits nothing. It assembles the fields you have filled in and opens your own email client with the message ready to send. Until you send it yourself, nothing leaves your device and nothing is recorded.

Once sent, your message is an ordinary email. It arrives in the firm’s mailbox, where it is kept for as long as your enquiry takes to handle and follow up. Conversations started on WhatsApp are treated the same way.

Technical connection data

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any host, Vercel records the technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type.

Those logs are produced and retained by the host, for a limited period and for those purposes alone. The firm does not combine them with any other data and builds no visitor profile from them.

Links to third-party services

The site links to LinkedIn and to WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy rules, over which the firm has no control. Following one of those links places you under their responsibility.

Your rights

In Morocco, the processing of personal data is governed by Law no. 09-08, enacted by Dahir no. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, and by its implementing Decree no. 2-09-165 of 21 May 2009. The supervisory authority is the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel, the CNDP.

You have a right to information, access, rectification and objection regarding data that concerns you. To exercise it, write to contact@atlasveridium.com stating what you are asking for. The firm answers as promptly as it can.

If you consider that those rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to the CNDP.

Visitors based in the European Union

The firm works with institutions based outside Morocco. Where the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applies to an exchange, the rights it grants in addition, in particular erasure, restriction of processing and portability, are exercised at the same address.

Changes to this page

This policy will be updated if the way the site works changes, for instance if it gains a server-side form or an analytics tool. The revision date appears at the top of the page.
