Atlas Veridium

Our vision

Accelerating an energy and sustainable transition that creates value and impact.

The transition is not only an environmental constraint: it is a strategic opportunity for transformation, innovation, competitiveness and value creation. Atlas Veridium aims to become a partner of reference for the organisations that anticipate these changes, and to contribute to the emergence of development models that are more resilient, use fewer resources and fit economic, social and territorial realities better.

Our mission

Turning transition challenges into strategies, decisions and projects that create value.

Our approach

At every stage of the transformation

  1. 01

    Understand

Read the ground before proposing anything: technical and land constraints, the regulatory framework, the cast of stakeholders, the organisation’s real capacity to carry the project.

  2. 02

    Decide

Set out the options, their costs and their risks, so the organisation can choose with full knowledge. Analysis exists to settle a question, not to reassure.

  3. 03

    Structure

Settle the scope, the structure, the schedule and the budget. This is the stage people skip when they are in a hurry, and the one that costs the most to recover.

  4. 04

    Act

Bring the partners together, mobilise the financing, support delivery and arbitrate the gaps. The firm stays engaged after signature.

  5. 05

    Measure

Track results against indicators set at the outset, and report on them. A recommendation is worth what it produces.

Our values

Six principles that guide every engagement.

  1. 01Integrity

Independence, transparency and ethics. Objective recommendations that set out opportunities, constraints and risks plainly.

  2. 02Excellence

Analytical rigour, sector expertise and an understanding of operational realities, in every deliverable.

  3. 03Impact

Measurable results: our recommendations turn into decisions, programmes and projects.

  4. 04Innovation

New approaches where they answer energy, climate and economic challenges better.

  5. 05Sustainability

Economic, environmental, social and institutional dimensions taken together, to create value that lasts.

  6. 06Partnership

Advisory work as a joint effort: listening, dialogue and transfer of skills alongside the client.

Independence

What an independent firm changes

  • One counterpart, from first conversation to final deliverable

No junior team discovering the file after the sale. The person who understood the problem is the person who produces the work.

  • No conflict of interest

Atlas Veridium sells no equipment, develops no projects on its own account, and is tied to no bank. The recommendation has nothing to protect.

  • The right to say no

A commitment is declined when it cannot be met, and an engagement closes when it has produced what it was meant to produce. That is the only way to make advice usable.
